Mentoring transforms lives. As a mentor, you provide youth with essential skills development, personalized guidance, and the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Through our Tubonge (Let's Talk) program, we offer multiple ways to make a lasting impact:
Group Mentoring
Students gather in small groups with mentors once a week during school holidays, focusing on goal-setting, academic engagement, decision-making, relationships, and essential life skills. Each student also receives one-on-one counseling sessions to support their personal and emotional development.
One-on-one Mentoring
Volunteer mentors are carefully matched with students based on shared interests, life experiences, and personal goals. Mentors commit to a minimum of one year, fostering long-term, trusting relationships that empower youth to reach their full potential. This sustained engagement creates lasting impact.
